What Are Your Service Charges & Additional Fees?
Warrina Home Care operates on a transparent, itemised pricing structure as outlined in our official Price List.
For Allied Health and other services, the fee charged is the rate listed in our published pricing schedule. Warrina does not apply hidden or percentage-based markups on top of the listed service rate.
For example, if a Physiotherapy session is charged at the applicable 30-minute rate under our Price List, that is the amount billed for the service. There is no additional percentage surcharge applied unless specifically outlined in the service agreement.
Where Care Management or other administrative services apply, these are charged as separate line items in accordance with the published pricing schedule. All applicable charges are clearly documented in the client agreement prior to service commencement.
What Are The Weekend, Public Holiday And After-Hours Service Prices?
Warrina Home Care’s pricing reflects different time periods in accordance with workforce award conditions and government funding guidelines.
Where our Price List specifies different rates for:
- After-hours services
- Saturday services
- Sunday services
- Public holidays
Those rates apply as published.
All time-based rate variations are clearly outlined in advance, and clients are informed of the applicable rate prior to service delivery.
Can I Use My Existing Cleaners or Gardeners?
Clients transitioning to Warrina Home Care may request to continue using their existing private cleaner or gardener.
This is possible provided the service arrangement complies with Support at Home program requirements and relevant safety and compliance standards. Warrina can assist in reviewing and formalising such arrangements where appropriate.
Will I Have My Own Case Manager?
Each client is allocated a dedicated Case Manager.
Clients are provided with direct contact details, including a phone number and/or email address, to ensure accessible and responsive communication.
How Will My Case Manager Support Me?
Case Management support is tailored to the individual needs of each client.
Support may include:
- Face-to-face visits
- Telephone support
- Remote communication
The frequency and format of engagement are determined based on care complexity, client preference, and program guidelines.
